We delivery 7 days a week, with first delivery at 9:00am and last pickup at 9:00pm.  

Our office is open M-F 9am-5pm, excluding holidays.  

If you need to reach us outside our normal office hours, for emergencies, please call the office number and it will transfer to one of our staff members who will attempt to resolve any problem.  Please call us during regular business hours for reservation and adjustments.

You can call us at (202) 569-5000 or place your reser­va­tion online. A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is due the last business day prior to the event. We only accept check payments from the following: churches, schools, the government and, companies provided that they have sent us a copy of their W9.

Yes, we deliver to the greater Washington DC metro area, and beyond, up to 30 miles from our Upper Marlboro location. Please call our office at (202) 569-5000 to get a quote.

Yes, for events within 20 miles of our office. For events outside the 20 miles, a delivery charge will apply.

No, we arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. We setup up 2 hours prior to the event start time.

We understand the weather can change!!! There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event canceled due to rain, snow, or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place 24 hours before the event and you reschedule with us (see our contact for general cancellation policy). We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain, snow, or high winds Moon Bounce Galaxy, LLC reserves the right to decline service.

Safety rules include no food, drink, sharp objects, shoes, hard items, gum, silly string, glitter, chemicals, and anything that can cause harm to the users of the moon bounce, the moon bounce itself, or that will stick to it.  Please ask your delivery team for complete instructions.

We love set­ting up our inflat­able bounc­ers at parks but most parks do NOT have elec­tric­ity. If you want to set up in a park, you must rent a gen­er­a­tor. We rent gen­er­a­tors at a rea­son­able cost. Also, some parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day, others require reservations and permits. But check with the park owner / operator – some parks do not allow generators. It is your responsibility to comply with park rules and regulations, as well as local laws regarding use of our equipment at public spaces. Please note we may deliver up to two hours before your event, and pickup up to two hours after. Please make sure you plan to have someone at the park to meet us for both delivery and pick-up.

We will require a current valid government ID for park delivery for the person receiving the items, and require that person to be the one on the contract!

Please can­cel 72 hours before the rental time at no cost.  If you cancel less than 72 hours from your event, we may, at our discretion, keep the deposit.  If you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, we will apply the deposit to the rescheduled event – once.

All major credit cards. Full payment is required to guarantee a reservation. We only accept check payments from the following: churches, schools, the government and, companies (at our discretion)  provided that they have sent us a completed W9 and license.

You should read our rental agree­ment ( You must read all the infor­ma­tion on our website about the items you’re renting and the requirements needed. Also, we cannot install equipment in locations that require us to climb up or down stairs

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and con­crete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks. Surface should be clear of sharp objects and loose debris, and should be accessible without stairs.

We do our best to deliver and set up at least 1 hour or more before your party time. Pick up times vary as well, and may be as late as two hours after the event ends.

Most of our party add-ons, concessions, tents and tables are offered as convenience for those who rent an inflatable from us, and generally do not get rented out on their own. If you have a special situation and would like to discuss an exception with us, please call us @ 202-569-5000 M-F 9-5, or reach out via the contact form below.

That depends – is there a power source available within 50 feet of where the inflatable be set up? If so, you probably don’t need a generator. However, if there isn’t, or not enough circuit capacity, than you do. We have generators in several sizes available for rent (a generator is NOT included in the inflatable rent, and must be ordered separately if needed).

Moon Bounce Galaxy is committed to the safety of its customers and staff. We are monitoring recommendations from the CDC, the various departments of health and other government officials. 

In order to ensure the safety of the staff and customers, Moon Bounce Galaxy is stepping up its efforts to sanitize and sterilize all its equipment, from all the moon bounces, to tables and chairs, as well as games, food related equipment and its facilities. Our staff only access the equipment to clean and sanitize the equipment, prior and after return of all our rentals.
