Full payment is due the last business day prior to the event. We only accept check payments from the following: churches, schools, the government and, companies provided that they have sent us a copy of their W9.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, we deliver to the greater Washington, DC metro area and beyond, up to 20 miles from our Laurel, MD location and up to 25 miles from our Manassas,VA location. We can deliver beyond that radius for an additional $4 per mile. The fee will be included in distance charges. We understand the weather can change!!! There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event canceled due to rain, snow, or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place 24 hours before the event and you reschedule with us (see our contact for general cancellation policy). We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain, snow, or high winds Moon Bounce Galaxy, LLC reserves the right to decline service.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Safety rules include no food, drink, sharp objects, shoes, hard items, gum, silly string, glitter, chemicals, and anything that can cause harm to the users of the moon bounce, the moon bounce itself, or that will stick to it.\u00a0 Please ask your delivery team for complete instructions.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We love set\u00adting up our inflat\u00adable bounc\u00aders at parks but most parks do NOT have elec\u00adtric\u00adity. If you want to set up in a park, you must rent a gen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtor. We rent gen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtors at a rea\u00adson\u00adable cost. Also, some parks are first\u00a0come, first serve so get your spot early in the day, others require reservations and permits. But check with the park owner \/ operator – some parks do not allow generators. It is your responsibility to comply with park rules and regulations, as well as local laws regarding use of our equipment at public spaces. Please note we may deliver up to two hours before your event, and pickup up to two hours after. Please make sure you plan to have someone at the park to meet us for both delivery and pick-up.<\/p>

We will require a current valid government ID for park delivery for the person receiving the items, and require that person to be the one on the contract!<\/b><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You should read our rental agree\u00adment<\/a> . You must read all the infor\u00adma\u00adtion on our website about the items you’re renting and the requirements needed. We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and con\u00adcrete. Sorry, we can\u00b4t set up on any type of rocks. Surface should be clear of sharp objects and loose debris, and should be accessible without stairs.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We do our best to deliver and set up at least 1 hour or more before your party time. Pick up times vary as well, and may be as late as two hours after the event ends.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Most of our party add-ons, concessions, tents and tables are offered as convenience for those who rent an inflatable from us, and generally do not get rented out on their own. That depends – is there a power source available within 50 feet of where the inflatable be set up? If so, you probably don’t need a generator. However, if there isn’t, or not enough circuit capacity, than you do. We have generators in several sizes available for rent (a generator is NOT included in the inflatable rent, and must be ordered separately if needed).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
