We had a great experience with Moon Bounce Galaxy. We had a last minute request to book the trackless train for our daughter's 2nd birthday. Because her birthday is in the winter, we didn't make any advanced plans but when the weather looked like it would hold out, we were scrambling to do something special and fun to mark the occasion. Moon Bounce Galaxy really came through for us. The customer service was excellent, the booking process was easy, and everything was extremely seamless and smooth on the day of! The total experience was amazing. I set up everything online and physically talk to the owner he was so friendly and understanding of my concerns because it was bad weather prior to my event he reassured me that if the the event had to be canceled due to the weather he was going to give me a credit. Santa\u2019s train was AMAZING!!! It was a complete hit with all the children at my son\u2019s 7th birthday party. I knew it would be fun, but I did not anticipate the sheer pandemonium that ensued as soon as the children laid eyes on Santa and the train. 50 kids literally jumped out of their seats and ran out of our house to get on the train. Santa was also so great with the children, letting them ride in front and honk the horn. They had the time of their lives. This was a last minute booking. Literally the night before my event. Good selection of inflatables to choose from at a reasonable price. They dropped off earlier then the appt window ( which I didn\u2019t mind at all) and picked up late. Driver notified me when he was 5 minutes away and when he was pulling up. Very friendly. Wasn\u2019t charged extra for the time. Definitely will use again.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Great customer service from the initial phone call, to help with selection, and questions about weather. The website is easy to navigate and up to date. \r\n Professional, reliable, and friendly staff. One less thing to worry about on party day. I was concerned about the cost because we got the bounce with the slide, but it was a huge hit with the kids. It kept them entertained for hours. Thanks for enabling a great kids party.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The customer service was really good each time I called. I went with this company because they offered insurance for the homeowner and it was a more professional, well established company. I paid more than I anticipated but I felt comfortable with the company. The delivery men were very courteous and helpful and cleaned the inside when I asked them to but it should have been cleaned before delivery along with mud streaks that were on the surface of the walls. All in all the positives outweighed that one negative and the kids loved it. I would recommend the company again.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The pandemic took away my daughter's annual birthday trip. I was devastated because it was the big 10!! Came up with the idea that if I can't take her to the Nickelodeon, bring the park safely, and Covid-19 friendly to her!\n\nI rented the 12ft waterslide. It was perfect In size. My two year old neice eventually went down on her own without us. I did make sure she had floaties on her arms. The pool at the bottom is a little deep for them. Perfect for ages 2-36. I gotta my old self on it and had a ball with my babies.\n\n1. Price\nMoon Bounce Galaxy is priced very affordable and very competitive compared to other companies in the area.\n\n2. Customer Service\nI believe they have an outsourced answering service because they do not answer when you calI. Do not let that deter you from renting! They call you right back when you leave a message and are very pleasant. The owner and customer service representative are clear about the services they offer.\n\n3. Timeliness\nPlease do not expect this because I know it varies by calendar fullness, but I did want to mention that my waterslide was delivered the night prior. They owner called me and wanted to make sure that his other deliveries for the next day were on time. How can you be mad at that?! That shows me that Moon Bounce Galaxy is committed to excellent customer service and you definitely get your days worth of money.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
