Great customer service. We rented a moon bounce for the 4th of July. They delivered the moon bounce early and picked it up at the stated time. Very professional. Moon Bounce Galaxy staff were really professional, friendly and prompt. They also provided very competitive pricing for rentals which is always a positive. All in all we were extremely pleased and satisfied with the product and service provided. On the delivery day they noticed our son had a spider man outfit on and they offered the Spiderman moon bounce they happened to have in the truck instead. I have used Moon Bounce now for three parties and have had nothing but the best experience with them. They show up and set up in a period of 10 min. Last time the took down and we did not even see them. The houses have always been clean and in really amazing shape. I will continue to use them. The kids always love the bounce house as well as the adults.

So glad I found this place. The price was beyond excellent (a competitor was charging double) and I got table and chairs with that price. You won't be sorry with going with this company. Delivery and set up was timely and people were very professional and courteous. The pickup time was great (9pm), we had a late party and needed a later pickup. No extra charge for the 9pm pickup time. This will be the only moon bounce etc. company I will use in the future

They are always a pleasure to work with. Extremely prompt and kind. Be sure to communicate your needs. For instance when things need to be picked up. Last year I did not and that was difficult with a permit deadline but this year I was very clear on pick up and they were accommodating.

We held a 3 day event at the Baltimore Convention Center. The event was attended by more than 20,000 people and many of them were kids. We used moon bounce galaxy to provide us inflatables including moon bounces and obstacle course along with their staff. Everything worked out great and the owners with their staff stayed their the entire time and worked very. They were very nice, caring and friendly with the kids. We have already booked them for next year.

The total experience was amazing. I set up everything online and physically talk to the owner he was so friendly and understanding of my concerns because it was bad weather prior to my event he reassured me that if the the event had to be canceled due to the weather he was going to give me a credit. Excellent Customer Service. I can't thank Ali enough for making my daughter's 5th birthday party extra special. The customer service was really good each time I called. I went with this company because they offered insurance for the homeowner and it was a more professional, well established company. I paid more than I anticipated but I felt comfortable with the company. The delivery men were very courteous and helpful and cleaned the inside when I asked them to but it should have been cleaned before delivery along with mud streaks that were on the surface of the walls. All in all the positives outweighed that one negative and the kids loved it. I would recommend the company again.

I am so happy that I tripped up and found Moon Bounce Galaxy. I had been working with another company in the past and they had the worst customer service ever and kept nickle and dimeing me on each event we would have for school function. Moon Bounce Galaxy has the best customer service ever and that was most important to me. I plan to use them again for school functions and personal functions as well.

We've rented from Moon Bounce Galaxy many times for our school events. Airon and Ali are always quick to reply and assist you with any questions you have. We love the snow cone, popcorn, and cotton candy machines! They always provide the supplies (and always add more!) and our students LOVED the big 40ft obstacle course - teachers too! This was a last minute booking. Literally the night before my event. Good selection of inflatables to choose from at a reasonable price. They dropped off earlier then the appt window ( which I didn’t mind at all) and picked up late. Driver notified me when he was 5 minutes away and when he was pulling up. Very friendly. Wasn’t charged extra for the time. Definitely will use again.

We used them again on fairly short notice. They were so accommodating. Allowed us to reserve not fully knowing which day and they were able to accommodate us on the day that we ended up needing. everything was completely clean and sanitized. Huge selection. We rented a Combo Castle with slide along with tables and chairs from Moon Bounce Galaxy for a birthday party. The pandemic took away my daughter's annual birthday trip. I was devastated because it was the big 10!! Came up with the idea that if I can't take her to the Nickelodeon, bring the park safely, and Covid-19 friendly to her! I rented the 12ft waterslide. It was perfect In size. My two year old neice eventually went down on her own without us. I did make sure she had floaties on her arms. The pool at the bottom is a little deep for them. Perfect for ages 2-36. I gotta my old self on it and had a ball with my babies. 1. Price Moon Bounce Galaxy is priced very affordable and very competitive compared to other companies in the area. 2. Customer Service I believe they have an outsourced answering service because they do not answer when you calI. Do not let that deter you from renting! They call you right back when you leave a message and are very pleasant. The owner and customer service representative are clear about the services they offer. 3. Timeliness Please do not expect this because I know it varies by calendar fullness, but I did want to mention that my waterslide was delivered the night prior. They owner called me and wanted to make sure that his other deliveries for the next day were on time. How can you be mad at that?! That shows me that Moon Bounce Galaxy is committed to excellent customer service and you definitely get your days worth of money.

Santa’s train was AMAZING!!! It was a complete hit with all the children at my son’s 7th birthday party. I knew it would be fun, but I did not anticipate the sheer pandemonium that ensued as soon as the children laid eyes on Santa and the train. 50 kids literally jumped out of their seats and ran out of our house to get on the train. Santa was also so great with the children, letting them ride in front and honk the horn. They had the time of their lives. It was an experience my son and his friends will never forget.

On time, Prompt, Friendly, VERY PROFESSIONAL, and answered all my questions, They even gave me more time for my rental due to the weather. My drop off time was 11:00 am and pick up was 6:00 pm, they didn't come until 8:30 pm. I would recommend them and use them again! Not to mention the water slide was worth my money and rental. Rented the Sport Moon Bounce. The kids loved it; the basketball hoop inside was a bonus. They had fun jumping and dunking the basketball (we supplied the ball). We had a great experience with Moon Bounce Galaxy. We had a last minute request to book the trackless train for our daughter's 2nd birthday. Because her birthday is in the winter, we didn't make any advanced plans but when the weather looked like it would hold out, we were scrambling to do something special and fun to mark the occasion.
