This company is great. Every member of the staff I encountered was courteous and professional. They were even able to accommodate moving our event from Saturday to Sunday. Their item selection is also quite diverse. I will definitely use Moon Bounce Galaxy again.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Great customer service from the initial phone call, to help with selection, and questions about weather. The website is easy to navigate and up to date. Professional, reliable, and friendly staff. One less thing to worry about on party day. I was concerned about the cost because we got the bounce with the slide, but it was a huge hit with the kids. It kept them entertained for hours. Thanks for enabling a great kids party.

Moon Bounce Galaxy staff were really professional, friendly and prompt. They also provided very competitive pricing for rentals which is always a positive. All in all we were extremely pleased and satisfied with the product and service provided. On the delivery day they noticed our son had a spider man outfit on and they offered the Spiderman moon bounce they happened to have in the truck instead. This was awesome as we had a Spidey theme for the party and this worked out perfectly. Thanks again MBG. I highly recommend Moon Bounce Galaxy to everyone. Chris

A wonderful process from start to finish! A company representative helped guide me in choosing the best product for the age of the kids at the party and it was just the right fit! The people who delivered the slide, which was in great shape, gave me safety and operational tips. It was the hit of the party! Thank you!

Rented the Sport Moon Bounce. The kids loved it; the basketball hoop inside was a bonus. They had fun jumping and dunking the basketball (we supplied the ball). Booking was very easy on the website and received confirmation and updates via email. Set up and take down was prompt and efficient. Staff was friendly.

From the time I found Moon Bounce online, the experience has been great! Everyone was so nice in answering questions and providing the needed information. My son and all of our attendees enjoyed the hoops game very much! Thank you- I will be sure to recommend you all and use you all again!

Posted on InflatableOffice

We were incredibly pleased with the entire process. When we learned that the weather was going to be bad on the day of our event, you very kindly worked to find a solution for us to reschedule. Your staff arrived exactly when you said they would, set everything up, and broke everything down when the party was over. The bounce house/water slide was SOOO much fun for our kids and their friends. Thank you again!

The customer service with this company was outstanding. Both in person and over the phone I was treated very professionally. The service was convenient with both online and in-person options for customer satisfaction. The price was amazing compared with other companies providing similar service. That was my number one reason to consider them with all other things adding to my satisfaction with the company. Highly recommended and I will share that recommendation with anyone in need of this type of service

Thank you! A great company to work with!

Posted on InflatableOffice

From renting the stuff to get picked up it was great experience. Our kids have blast ,especially with wet slide .thank you guys .

Posted on InflatableOffice

I looked at a lot of DC-area inflatables rental stores. I had specific needs about where the bounce house could be set up, when it would be collected, rain check policy and liability insurance. Moon Bounce Galaxy ticked all the boxes. I would recommend them and will use them again for our community events!

Posted on InflatableOffice

The customer service was really good each time I called. I went with this company because they offered insurance for the homeowner and it was a more professional, well established company. I paid more than I anticipated but I felt comfortable with the company. The delivery men were very courteous and helpful and cleaned the inside when I asked them to but it should have been cleaned before delivery along with mud streaks that were on the surface of the walls. All in all the positives outweighed that one negative and the kids loved it. I would recommend the company again.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Thanks you for your service, the kids enjoyed the day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Posted on InflatableOffice

They are always a pleasure to work with. Extremely prompt and kind. Be sure to communicate your needs. For instance when things need to be picked up. Last year I did not and that was difficult with a permit deadline but this year I was very clear on pick up and they were accommodating.

Posted on InflatableOffice

The obstacles course and the dunk tank were a hit! Everyone had a great time. Amazing customer service. Would hire MoonBounce Galaxy again.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Excellent customer service.

Posted on InflatableOffice

This was a last minute booking. Literally the night before my event. Good selection of inflatables to choose from at a reasonable price. They dropped off earlier then the appt window ( which I didn’t mind at all) and picked up late. Driver notified me when he was 5 minutes away and when he was pulling up. Very friendly. Wasn’t charged extra for the time. Definitely will use again.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Wonderful experience renting with them! Dropped off very early and picked up on time. Equipment was clean and well maintained. Kids had a blast and every parent at the event was asking for contact info for their future events.

Posted on InflatableOffice

The total experience was amazing. I set up everything online and physically talk to the owner he was so friendly and understanding of my concerns because it was bad weather prior to my event he reassured me that if the the event had to be canceled due to the weather he was going to give me a credit. That made me feel better knowing that my deposit was not going to be money wasted. I do not cancel, the weather turned out to be great my grandkids was very happy and so was I

Posted on InflatableOffice

The pandemic took away my daughter's annual birthday trip. I was devastated because it was the big 10!! Came up with the idea that if I can't take her to the Nickelodeon, bring the park safely, and Covid-19 friendly to her! I rented the 12ft waterslide. It was perfect In size. My two year old neice eventually went down on her own without us. I did make sure she had floaties on her arms. The pool at the bottom is a little deep for them. Perfect for ages 2-36. I gotta my old self on it and had a ball with my babies. 1. Price Moon Bounce Galaxy is priced very affordable and very competitive compared to other companies in the area. 2. Customer Service I believe they have an outsourced answering service because they do not answer when you calI. Do not let that deter you from renting! They call you right back when you leave a message and are very pleasant. The owner and customer service representative are clear about the services they offer. 3. Timeliness Please do not expect this because I know it varies by calendar fullness, but I did want to mention that my waterslide was delivered the night prior. They owner called me and wanted to make sure that his other deliveries for the next day were on time. How can you be mad at that?! That shows me that Moon Bounce Galaxy is committed to excellent customer service and you definitely get your days worth of money.

We had a great experience with Moon Bounce Galaxy. We had a last minute request to book the trackless train for our daughter's 2nd birthday. Because her birthday is in the winter, we didn't make any advanced plans but when the weather looked like it would hold out, we were scrambling to do something special and fun to mark the occasion. Moon Bounce Galaxy really came through for us. The customer service was excellent, the booking process was easy, and everything was extremely seamless and smooth on the day of! We will definitely be booking with Moon Bounce Galaxy again. Thank you!!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Santa’s train was AMAZING!!! It was a complete hit with all the children at my son’s 7th birthday party. I knew it would be fun, but I did not anticipate the sheer pandemonium that ensued as soon as the children laid eyes on Santa and the train. 50 kids literally jumped out of their seats and ran out of our house to get on the train. Santa was also so great with the children, letting them ride in front and honk the horn. They had the time of their lives. It was an experience my son and his friends will never forget.

Posted on InflatableOffice
